SHIPPING COST

This is calculated according to the value of the order:

Orders value  £  0.01  to  £10.00      £2.20

Orders value  £10.01  to  £20.00      £3.00

Orders value  £20.01  to  £35.00      £4.50

Orders value  £35.01  upwards        £5.90  (Parcelforce 48)

OR                                                       £7.90  (Parcelforce 24)

Orders valued at over £300              FREE (Parcelforce 48)

PLEASE NOTE that currently orders over £35 in value still show a 1st class option. We are working to remove this, but meanwhile the cost is shown as £5.90 which is the cost for a Parcelforce 48 delivery as we cannot send packages with a value of over £35 by Royal Mail.                        

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS

Please return for inspection to Dancers World, enclosing:

a) Your name, address and customer code

b) Reason for return

c) If possible the relevant invoice number

We recommend recorded delivery as we are unable to accept responsibility for items returned to us which are lost in the post. Items will be repaired or replaced at manufacturers discretion where appropriate.

SIZE EXCHANGES

We will exchange any perfect item for an identical item up to 2 sizes different without the 15% handling charge mentioned above being applied to the item you are exchanging.The item must be returned within 21 days and be in perfect condition in undamaged packaging. Size labels and/or tickets should not have been removed. Please quote the relevant invoice number if you can.You need to include postage and packing charges for each item you wish to exchange. You should also include any difference in price for the new size required. It would be appreciated if you did not send in cheques for amounts less than £5.

We regret that items returned for credit or size exchange which are marked, incomplete or cannot be resold as new for any other reason cannot be accepted back and will be returned.Missing damaged or defaced packaging will be charged for at the rate of £1 per item.

GOODS WHICH ARE NOT REQUIRED

Perfect goods not required may be returned for credit, subject to the following:

1. The item must be returned within 21 days of the date on the supply invoice

2. The goods will be subject to a 15% handling/restocking charge

3. The items MUST be in their original undamaged packaging : SIZE LABELS & TAGS SHOULD NOT BE REMOVED if the item is being returned

4. A credit will be issued which can be offset against a future order.

We are unable to accept back:

- MADE TO ORDER ITEMS & SPECIAL ORDERS

- OPENED PACKETS OF TIGHTS

- HATS OR OTHER ITEMS OF A PERSONAL NATURE
